Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Carriers and rates

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $8 per order.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We also accept international orders — these are charged the actual shipping cost plus any applicable fees. Contact us for details before placing an international order.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll look into it.

Warm-weather shipping

Candles and wax melts can soften in extreme heat. We pack orders to minimize heat exposure, but we can't control temperatures during shipping — if your items arrive soft, let them cool at room temperature and they'll be fine.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or something's missing or wrong, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale and Faire orders are handled separately — if you're a retail partner, your shipping terms are confirmed when your order is accepted. This policy covers retail orders placed through our website.
